Offer Agreement

Family Online School

This document is an official offer (public agreement) of the Family Online School for the provision of individual and group online classes.

By paying for the classes, the client confirms their agreement with the terms of this offer.


1. General Provisions

1.1.

The School provides online classes for preschool and school-age children.

1.2.

Classes are conducted remotely through online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, and other educational services.

1.3.

The main areas of study offered by the School include:

  • Russian language
  • English language
  • Speech therapy
  • Mathematics
  • Chess
  • Other developmental classes

1.4.

The School works with Russian-speaking families living in different countries around the world, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, and other countries.


2. Payment Terms

2.1.

The first lesson is a free trial lesson.

2.2.

All subsequent lessons are paid in full in advance.

2.3.

Payment is made for the selected lesson package or for a calendar month of study.

2.4.

If payment is not made on time, the School reserves the right to suspend classes or change the schedule.

2.5.

Paid funds may be transferred to other classes within the School upon agreement.


3. Rescheduling and Cancellation of Lessons

3.1.

All matters related to scheduling are coordinated through the School coordinator. Contact details are provided on the main page of the website.

3.2.

A lesson may be rescheduled if notice is given at least 24 hours before the lesson begins.

3.3.

If a lesson is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, the lesson is considered completed and is charged in full.

3.4.

If a lesson is canceled by the teacher, the School will provide a substitute teacher or reschedule the lesson for another time.

3.5.

In the case of vacation or travel, the client must notify the School coordinator in advance (1–2 weeks ahead) and agree on rescheduling.


4. Late Arrivals

4.1.

If a student arrives late, the lesson duration will not be extended.

4.2.

If a teacher arrives late, the missed time will be compensated during the current or next lesson.

4.3.

In case of delay, please notify the School administrator in advance.


5. Technical Requirements

5.1.

To participate in online lessons, the following are required:

  • A stable internet connection
  • A device with a camera and microphone
  • An installed Zoom application or another agreed platform

5.2.

The School is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s side related to internet connection or equipment.

5.3.

If technical problems occur on the teacher’s side, the lesson will be rescheduled.


6. School Teachers

6.1.

The School employs experienced teachers with expertise in:

  • Online teaching
  • Working with bilingual children
  • Teaching children living abroad
  • Teaching homeschooled children

6.2.

The School reserves the right to replace a teacher if necessary.


7. Refund Policy

7.1.

Refunds for completed lessons are not provided.

7.2.

If studies are discontinued, the remaining paid lessons may be transferred to other programs within the School upon agreement with the coordinator.


8. Final Provisions

8.1.

The School reserves the right to make changes to this agreement.

8.2.

The current version of this offer is always available on the School’s official website.

8.3.

Payment for lessons confirms the client’s agreement with the terms of this offer.
